Special Message to Our 2020 Travelers

Throughout the year, we have been showered with encouraging emails, texts, and Facebook messages of solidarity from our beloved clients, for which we are extremely thankful. Your kind, caring, and thoughtful words are what fuels our passion and excitement about the future.

We understand how uncertain things are at this time, but we also don’t want you to give up on one of life’s joys and most rewarding experiences: travel. 

Because of the Covid-19 global pandemic, we are doing our best to alleviate travel worries for both our registered clients as well as those interested in planning a trip next year, by allowing no-penalty rescheduling, small down payments and monthly installment plans, as well as honoring the original Signature Tour price a traveler signed up for should they decide to reschedule (as long as it's in the same calendar year, whether it be 2021 or 2022).*

Now more than ever, your safety is our absolute priority. We are implementing new safety measures for our 2021 clients to ensure social distancing and proper cleaning is carried out throughout the trip.

As always, our groups have no more than 12 participants, which significantly limits exposure and maintains a more intimate setting during transportation, activities, and meals, especially if compared to bigger group tours.

If you wish to post-pone your trip but are not able to select a departure at this time, we will be issuing a Travel Voucher that you can use towards a future trip with Nada’s Italy. You may also transfer your Travel Voucher to someone else, if you choose to do so, as long as Nada’s Italy has been informed. The value of your Travel Voucher does not expire.

NOTE on Airfare: Many airlines are making special accommodations during the Coronavirus crisis, so we suggest you get in touch with your airline directly or the agent that processed your ticket to inquire about your options at this time, and any penalties or transfer fees that may be applicable.

NOTE on Travel Insurance: You will be able to transfer your insurance premium payments to your new travel date, as long as it is within 2 years from the date you purchased it. You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to communicate your cancelled trip and new travel dates.
